I emailed with White Cat Publications, and they’re running a bit behind on their print magazines (one of which is Shelter of Daylight), but it sounds like issue 10 should be available mid-May.

A update on the update: I emailed White Cat again to clarify, and it sounds like things are more complicated than a print delay. I will post more when I know where and when “A Thief’s Gift” will be printed.
