Author Event @ Half-Price Books – June 27, 2026

This Saturday, June 27th, I’ll be at Half-Price Books in Fort Wayne for an Author Event from 1pm to 3pm! I’ll be selling and signing copies of my two short story collections: Sorcery & Widgets and Runes & Rivets. I’ll also have small art items (stickers, prints, buttons, mystery magnets, and more!) and a bunch of my crocheted critters! Plus, while you’re there, you can shop the store to find even more books!

Here are a few of my newest critters–the jellyfish is a made with a yarn called “Light Bright” by Brenda and Heather Yarns, an Indiana-based yarn dyer, and it is black light reactive! I really like how this one turned out, and I plan to make more critters with the same yarn in the near future. The other picture is one of the sunflowers keychains that I have been making for awhile (pattern by A Little Love Everyday), which have been very popular lately! Along with it is a small cat (pattern by Lucy Ravenscar) keychain made out of Fleece Artist‘s colossal sock yarn called “Tiger.” I liked how much the colors changed, even on a small piece like the little cat!
